Located at Madrid’s iconic Puerta de Alcalá, Ramses is one of the city’s leading lifestyle destinations, bringing together gastronomy, entertainment and design in a truly distinctive setting. We translated this strong creative identity into a uniform concept designed to become part of the Ramses experience.
For Ramses, we developed a complete uniform concept tailored to the different roles and levels within the team, creating a cohesive visual language while giving each position its own identity.
The wardrobe was designed in direct dialogue with the interior design and character of the venue, incorporating custom scarves, personalised branding and distinctive details that reinforce the personality of Ramses throughout every touchpoint.
Our approach began with understanding Ramses as more than a hospitality venue. Its connection to design, lifestyle and entertainment required a uniform that could perform operationally while also contributing to the overall visual experience.
We created differentiated looks for each role, balancing hierarchy and consistency across the team. Through carefully selected garments, custom accessories, personalised markings and considered design details, we developed a wardrobe that feels sophisticated, recognisable and fully integrated with the space.
The result is a uniform system that combinesdesign, functionality and brand identity, turning every member of the team into an extension of the Ramses universe.
