Ginkgo Sky Bar

Ginkgo Restaurante & Sky Bar is a unique destination offering some of the best views in Madrid, where gastronomy, signature cocktails and live music come together with a uniform concept designed exclusively for them.

Overview

We developed a bespoke uniform concept designed to reflect the sophisticated yet contemporary character of the space.

The project combines Made to Order garments with selected Stock Service pieces, allowing us to create a distinctive visual identity while maintaining the flexibility and functionality required by a hospitality team.

Our approach

Working closely with the client, we translated their aesthetic preferences into a cohesive wardrobe built around clean silhouettes, natural tones and a distinctive deep green, introducing tailored elements and subtle design details to elevate the uniform beyond traditional workwear.

The result is a refined, approachable uniform system that feels aligned with Ginkgo’s environment while remaining comfortable and practical for everyday service.

Key pieces such as the tailored green suit and the apron were developed Made to Order, giving us control over silhouette, fabrics, finishes and fit. These were combined with carefully selected Stock Service essentials, creating a modular wardrobe that can be easily managed and replenished operationally.

Our objective was to find the right balance between design and functionality: creating garments with the presence and refinement of contemporary fashion while responding to the durability, comfort and operational requirements of hospitality.

FAQ

What types of projects does Jeffrey’s Apparel work on?

We design, develop, and produce corporate uniforms for hotels, restaurants, clinics, hospitals, retail businesses, and other organisations where the appearance of the team forms an important part of the brand experience.

We can work on complete uniform redesigns as well as specific projects for individual departments, openings, new locations, or brand image updates.

Do you offer standard garments or develop custom designs?

We offer both options. We can select and customise existing garments from our professional catalogue or develop fully bespoke uniforms, including design, pattern development, fabric selection, prototyping, and production.

The right solution will depend on the scope of the project, timeline, budget, and level of customisation required.

Can you adapt the uniforms to our brand identity?

Yes. We analyse each client’s visual identity, positioning, spaces, corporate colours, and operational requirements.

Our goal is to ensure that the uniforms integrate naturally into the overall brand experience while maintaining a consistent image across departments, roles, and customer touchpoints.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

It depends on the project.

Minimum order quantities depend on the type of garment, level of customisation, and production method.

Customised catalogue garments allow us to work with smaller quantities. Exclusive developments and fully bespoke productions require specific minimum quantities, which are communicated before the project begins.
