For Balmoral, we developed a uniform concept designed to reflect the character of the space and its balance between classic Madrid sophistication and contemporary hospitality.
The wardrobe was conceived to feel polished, elegant and approachable, reinforcing the identity of Balmoral while remaining practical for the demands of daily service.
Our approach focused on selecting and developing the right garments for the different roles within the team, ensuring a consistent image throughout the venue.
We worked with refined silhouettes, carefully considered details and a cohesive visual language to create a uniform that feels fully integrated with Balmoral’s aesthetic and the premium positioning of the Meliá group.
